My Fruit Smoothie

My Fruit Smoothie.

1 Kiwi Fruit 

1 Orange

1 can of pineapple chunks

Some Cucumbers  

2 Tablespoons of Lemon juice

1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon of Ginger crushed

Add some ice cubes and blend it in the nutria bullet.
