Family walk at Mission Bay

 My family and I went to Mission Bay for a walk. We went to the wharf and the sign said only 9 people at a time can go on because of Covid maybe. While I was walking my mum told me about the big mountain across the sea it is called Mt Rangitoto. On our way back to our car we walked over a bridge and down in the water I saw a mummy duck and her 7 baby ducklings swimming and my mum took a picture of them.

My new favourite toy

 I play Fish games on Roblox and my sister Jay’Lee ordered me a toy plushy of one of the guards on there and it’s my new favourite toy. It came all the way from Korea and it took a long time to get here but I got it and it’s cool as.

 Today I am doing my reading it’s about a witch school I wish I can go to that school and do some spells and magic. This is my slide.

Well Being Day with Joscior

 I did some work today on my iPad and then me and my cousin Joscior went with my mum on an adventure walk to the beach. It was our well-being walk to get some fresh air and hang out with my cousin.

I was racing Joscior.

He was chasing me because I buried him in the sand.

Feelings and Emotions

 Hi everyone today I am feeling good and safe. I feel good because it’s a nice day to go for a walk and I feel good because I woke up I had a nice warm shower in the boys bathroom because me and my dad have our own bathroom and my mum and Jane have their own one it’s the girls bathroom and the boys bathroom. I brushed my teeth and my hair and got ready and dressed all by myself but my mum kept checking up on me so I feel safe all the time.

My mum was talking to me about how I was feeling about being in Lockdown and what I like and don’t like about it. This was what I had to say about Lockdown.

Today I have been trying to learn my 1x table first then when I get good at it I will try to learn my 2 and 3 and then all of them until I learn them all.

Pani Popo

 Yesterday my Mum and my Aunty made some Pani Popo for our supper. It’s called Pani Popo in Samoan but in English it means Coconut Buns it’s got a sweet coconut cream to dip the buns in and eat. My Uncle made a hot cocoa drink it’s called Koko Samoa and it’s a dark strong cocoa and I don’t like it but my family does. I like milo.

Then you put some buns on the plate and eat it. It is delicious.

 

My Journal Term 4

 Today I feel happy because I get to see my friends and my teachers again online. I wish we can go back to school because I haven’t seen my school and friend for real in like a long time.

 

My Mask

 We have to wear masks when we go out anywhere like shopping or when we go for a walk anywhere outside of the house because of COVID. My Nana got me two masks one is blue and my other one is a white one and I wear it when I go outside to keep me safe and other people safe.
